FEE SCHEDULE
FULL DAY
$6,000
Includes 1 hour of preparation time and 6 hours of session time.
HALF DAY
$3,000
Includes 1 hour of preparation time and 6 hours of session time.
TERMS AND POLICIES
ADDITIONAL RATES
Rates for additional time will be charged at $600.00 per hour in 30-minute increments. Fees for “unused” time will not be refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CALENDAR POLICIES:
Mediation fees are due in full upon booking in order to hold the date and time of the mediation.
Fees will be refunded if the mediation is canceled and written notice is received thirty days prior to the mediation. The fee is subject to forfeiture if cancellation or continuance occurs fewer than 30 days in advance.
NONREFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATION FEES
Fees include a non-refundable administration fee of $250.00 per separately represented party. In the event of cancellation or continuance, this fee will not be refunded.
